HALL / ROOM SPECIFICATIONS

Davis Hall for Large Business Seminars or Large Weddings

E. Joel Davis Hall – great for large business events/seminars; elaborate weddings; other large social events.

Capacity: Classroom - 200 persons; Conference (U-shaped) - 160 persons; Rounds - 320 persons; Theater - 500 persons.

Features: Ample outlets; Raised Stage; Wide Access Door; Wi-Fi and Ethernet ports; Fluorescent and recessed lighting.

Audio/Visual: Sound system with 5-disk CD/DVD player; Cordless and corded microphones; Ceiling mounted retractable video screen. Flip charts, dry erase boards and easels available upon request.

Food Service: Adjacent kitchen with beverage dispenser; Kitchen service window, Food service available.
Varian Room for Small Business Events or Parties

Varian Room – ideal for smaller business events or as an additional breakout meeting room; intimate social events/parties.

Capacity: Classroom - 32 persons; Conference (U-shaped) - 24 persons; Round - 56 persons; Theater - 80 persons.

Audio/Visual: Sound system with 5-disk CD/DVD player; microphones; Flip charts, dry erase boards and easels available upon request.

Food Service: Adjacent kitchenette; Food service available.

 

Brunner-Bland Room for Business Meetings or Wedding Receptions or Parties

Brunner-Bland Room – with ceiling-to-floor retractable partition to separate from Kroft Room. May be rented individually or together.

Capacity Individually: Classroom - 48 persons; Conference (U-shaped) - 40 persons; Rounds - 80 persons; Theater - 100 persons.

Capacity Combined: Classrooms - 96 persons; Conference (U-shaped) - 60 persons; Rounds - 180 persons; Theater - 200 persons.

Features: Ceiling-to-floor, noise dampening, retractable partition; ample outlets; fluorescent and recessed lighting.

Audio/Visual: Sound system with 5-disk CD/DVD player; Cordless microphones; Ceiling mounted retractable video screen (Brunner-Bland Room). Audio can be combined to accommodate both rooms. Flip charts, dry erase boards and easels available upon request.

Food Service: Food service available for both rooms.
Kroft Room for Business Meetings or Wedding Receptions or Parties

Kroft Room – with ceiling-to-floor retractable partition to separate from Brunner-Bland Room. May be rented individually or together.

Capacity Individually: Classroom - 48 persons; Conference (U-shaped) - 40 persons; Rounds - 80 persons; Theater - 100 persons.

Capacity Combined: Classrooms - 96 persons; Conference (U-shaped) - 60 persons; Rounds - 180 persons; Theater - 200 persons.

RENTAL INFORMATION

To better suit your needs we offer two contract time period options:

A five-hour contract, with option for additional hours at prevailing rates, if available.

An eight-hour (or longer) contract, beginning as early as 9:00 am on the date of the rental.

An additional fee is charged for extended hours.

A deposit is required at the time of booking. A confirmed guest count will be required one week prior to event.

Our staff can have tables, chairs, A/V equipment or other items set up prior to your arrival.

Catering provided by the Foltz Center is optional in all rooms, except on Saturdays. Mr. Mike's Catering provides Saturday catering.

A kitchenette is available (if not previously reserved) if you wish to provide your own food and drinks (excluding alcoholic beverages).

If you would like alcoholic beverages, we can contract with you for that service.

FOOD SERVICE / CATERING

The Foltz Center provides a wide choice of delicious menu options prepared by our excellent kitchen staff.

Whether it's providing enough to eat for a full-day event, half-day seminar, or snacks and cocktails, our large commercial kitchen is fully staffed and ready to cater your event. We pride ourselves on providing highest quality meals.

Catering provided by the Foltz Center is optional in all rooms, except on Saturdays. Mr. Mike's Catering provides catering on Saturdays.

& OTHER OPTIONS

Chairs and tables are available for set-up in a variety of seating arrangements. Table coverings available upon request.

A sound system with microphones, 5-disc CD/DVD player, ceiling mounted retractable video screen, 32" television with VCR, overhead projectors, multimedia projector with DVD/VCR.

Wi-Fi / Ethernet ports, ample outlets / lighting and raised stage, podium, flip charts, dry erase boards and easels are also available.

All rooms have teleconferencing capability. Certain options are dependent on selected room.
